Jerry manages Wiland's consumer service business development team, focusing on home and personal services, travel and entertainment, and CPG.
With over 15 years in direct-to-consumer marketing, Jerry was responsible for acquiring new customers, generating incremental demand from current customers, and reactivating dormant customers for HSN Catalog Services' Improvements Catalog. He has since worked with hundreds of brands in his account management and business development roles. From his office in rural Ohio east of Cleveland, he brings to the table a large number of different approaches and best practices from across the industry, including both offline and digital marketing solutions.
