The Terms and Policies always become effective at the time that the Site officially posts them to the web. So by continuing to use any service, function, or feature of the Site, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Policies then current.
In order to enjoy some of the functionality of the Site, you must first register at the Site. If you are a registered user of the Site and these Terms change, then you will be required to agree to the new Terms before you are allowed to log in and continue your use of the services.

You hereby indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Site, anyone who holds a proprietary interest in the Site, anyone whose authority to act derives from the Site, and anyone who has the authority to control the site (collectively, the Indemnified Parties) from and against any and all liability and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you or any user of your account of these Terms and Policies. You will cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any such claim. The Site reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.

You acknowledge that any reliance on any such material is at your own risk.
The Site, its services, and all downloadable software are distributed on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. You hereby acknowledge that the use of the Site services is at your sole risk. You further acknowledge that the descriptions on the Site of the products and services on offer from Wiland, Inc. constitute marketing material and do not give rise to any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use.
When you register at the Site, you must provide your name, a valid email address, and a password or use a valid ID from a social media service that you have the right to access. Each set of login credentials is to be used by one individual. You should choose a strong password that contains upper and lower case letters, numerals, and special characters. You are responsible for your own password and its protection. We store only a hash of your password and have no way to retrieve or reproduce it.
When you log in to the Site, you must use your own registration credentials. You may not use the credentials of another user. You may not register with credentials that the Site deems offensive or otherwise objectionable.
After you register, you will have the opportunity to volunteer additional information about yourself. By volunteering this information you warrant that it is accurate, up to date, and correctly identifies you; the Site does not condone activity that may be fraudulent. If you believe that your credentials have been compromised, you should immediately inform the Site.

The Site may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site or its services for any reason. You can permanently disable your account at any time from your account page.
Any software which the Site provides or otherwise makes available for use is intended solely for the benefit of site visitors and/or registered users. You are licensed only to use the software for its obvious intended purpose. You may not sublicense, assign, or transfer any license granted by the Site to another individual or organization.
You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or hack any software provided by the Site or its services. Software is, of course, protected by copyright. Your use of the Site’s software is therefore subject to applicable copyright law.
These Terms and Policies have been made and will be construed and enforced according to the laws of the State of Colorado. Any action filed to enforce these Terms or Policies will be brought in the federal or state courts located in the State of Colorado.
These Terms operate to the fullest extent of the law. If any provision herein is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from these Terms and Policies and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in effect.
