The ACMA, a nonprofit organization organized under Section 501(c) (6) of the Internal Revenue Service code of 1986, is a cataloger-focused group. Membership is open to any party with significant interests in the catalog mailing industry, including catalog mailers, printers, paper companies, consultants, database marketing and other service providers.
The American Resort Development Association (ARDA) is the Washington, D.C.-based trade association representing the vacation ownership and resort development industries (timeshare). ARDA members range from privately held firms to publicly traded corporations with extensive experience in shared ownership interest in leisure real estate. The membership also includes timeshare owner associations (HOAs), resort management companies, industry vendors, suppliers, and consultants – as well as owners, through the ARDA Resort Owners Coalition (ARDA-ROC).

NEMOA was founded in 1947 as the New England Mail Order Association. Today, NEMOA is one of the nation's most active multichannel merchant associations dedicated exclusively to the catalog/multichannel industry. NEMOA’s mission is "Networking and Education for Direct Marketers" which is achieved through two educational conferences each year, and on NEMOA's website where there are links to member organizations, updates on industry news, job postings, and an active message board. NEMOA member companies come from all across the US, Canada and Europe – it is not necessary to be from New England to become a member. It is also not required to be a member to attend a NEMOA event.

The Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) is comprised of more than 600 leading media and technology companies that are responsible for selling 86% of online advertising in the United States. The IAB empowers the media and marketing industries to thrive in the digital economy. The organization educates marketers, agencies, media companies and the wider business community about the value of interactive advertising. Working with its member companies, the IAB evaluates and recommends standards and practices and fields critical research on interactive advertising. Founded in 1996, the IAB is headquartered in New York City with a Public Policy office in Washington, D.C.
