This Privacy Policy governs the privacy practices of and the services, features, and functions available through it (collectively, the Site). This policy operates together with our Terms of Use, our Online Behavioral Advertising Policy, and the Copyright Infringement Policy (collectively, the Terms and Policies) to insure that we obey the law and the self-regulatory programs we have joined, inform you of those activities that might affect you, and, very importantly, help you understand how we protect you and your information. Together these documents describe the relationship between you and the Site.

There are a number of ways that visitors to the Site make use of it. Some visitors will register at the site and contribute content to it, while others will simply come to the Site to learn about our company. Your use impacts what information about you we collect and how we use it.

Secondarily, we use the information that you provide us to identify you online on this Site and others. When we do this, we use anonymized versions of your information, never putting your personally identifiable information (PII) at risk. We may allow trusted third parties access to some of this anonymous information in order to facilitate this, but we have agreements with these third parties that they will not otherwise use the information or disclose it to other parties. There are a few significant exceptions to this secondary use and they include the Privacy Complaint form, the consumer choice opt-out form, and the forms related to our Copyright Infringement Policy. We never use the information that we collect on those forms for any purpose other than to manage your explicit requests. We do not share information received in this way with any other party unless required by law.

Finally, we use some of the information we collect to learn more about our own Site and how it is used. By analyzing traffic patterns on the Site and other clickstream data, we learn about what content people are connecting with. This can also help us identify problems with the website in general. Another value this adds is ensuring that we can meet the needs of our visitors. What devices and software are our visitors using to experience the Site? Answering this helps us better allocate development resources to their highest and best use.

Information We May Collect

Parts of the Site contain content submitted by users. The Site cannot exercise complete control over what is submitted by every user. As such, it is possible that another user submits personal information about you with or without your consent.

If you believe that another user has violated your privacy by submitting content about you on this Site and you wish to have that content removed, please let us know. Clearly identify the offensive content along with your explicit request to take that content down and we will review your request and deal with the complaint as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to take down any material that we deem to violate a person’s privacy and any complaint that you may file helps us make a fair determination. We do not lightly curtail the expression of others, so we exercise discretion when deciding to remove such content. But vulgar, profane, or pornographic content is never appropriate. Similarly, the Site is not the place for personal attacks. We seek substantive content that is beneficial to other users.

Cookies & Other Information Storage Technology and third parties use cookies and similar information storage technologies like web beacons, HTML5 local storage and more. These technologies help us manage user sessions and access to different areas of the site, help recognize or otherwise identify site visitors, personalize visitor experience, and aid us in understanding how people use the Site. does not put PII in cookies and we take commercially reasonable steps to require that third party service providers do not place PII in cookies. The Site is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third parties. Similarly, the Site is not responsible for any other entity you may link to from the Site.
